Living coconut yoghurt looks like cow milk yoghurt, being that it’s white, and tastes thick and creamy. At its simplest, living coconut yoghurt should have two ingredients: coconut milk or cream and active probiotics.

Coconut cream is made through simmering shredded coconut meat in water with coconut solid being strained out. The thick, semi-solid coconut cream is scraped off of the top.
